I. Instrument Introduction:
The HSY-3556 Six-Speed Rotational Viscometer can measure various rheological parameters, plot rheological curves based on multi-point measurement data, and determine the flow pattern of liquids during the flow process. By selecting appropriate calculation formulas, it enables accurate measurements of non-Newtonian fluids. It is used for on-site analysis and research of drilling fluid rheological parameters. Additionally, it can measure a series of technical parameters such as dynamic and static shear forces, flow behavior index, and consistency coefficient. This facilitates safe, rapid, and scientific drilling operations. It features user-friendly operation and accurate testing. As an excellent field and laboratory instrument, users can perform standard API experiments for drilling fluid rheology through simple operations. Standard rotational speeds (e.g., 3, 6, 100, 200, 300, 600 r/min) can be adjusted via a switch and speed shift lever. Various rheological parameters of drilling fluids can be directly read from the dial window on the top of the instrument.
